A person stays in charge
How we work
We do not sell a chatbot. Agents do the repeatable work. You keep the goals, the brand, and the spend. A person still decides what is good enough to ship.
Clients keep authority. Agents keep the grind.
What an engagement is for
1. Who owns what
You own goals and spend. Specialists own a scoped job. You get handoffs, recovery, one job at a time, and a Board override. The work stays reviewable. Nothing publishes on its own.
2. Where the models run
Runtimes you own, adapters, a floor on context, and a GPU policy. Models learn your tools and your voice offline. You read the draft before a customer does.
3. Which model is allowed
Match the task to privacy, latency, and budget. If a route would break policy, it stops. One model for every task is not a plan.
4. What they are allowed to say
They look up the brand kit, runbooks, tickets, and approved pages. They cite. A filter blocks claims we forbid. They stop inventing the company.
5. Whether the work got better
Classifiers, goldens, and regression gates sit beside the router. You can tell whether the workforce got better, not just whether a demo sounded fluent.
Presence, as a working example
- Brand and content CRM โ machine-readable identity; agents read, never invent
- Static site generator โ approved markdown becomes a branded site
- Social adapters โ X and LinkedIn dry-run queues only
Details: Platform.
How the work usually flows
We learn how the work should go. Then we set who does which job, which model may answer, and which facts they may cite. Agents draft. People and the Board gate. The CRM holds the states. You preview the site. Social stays dry-run. You turn on one channel when you are ready.
What we will not sell you
- Unsupervised publish-without-review flows
- Automatic replies to inbound messages or mentions
- Agent ad spend or real-money authority
- Percentage ROI figures without Board-verified evidence
