Why “agentic-first”?

We use agentic-first as the primary term. You may also see “agent-first” in glossary contexts — same operating model. It is not an unsupervised swarm:

• Humans own goals, brand, legal identity, and spend
• Specialist agents own well-scoped slices (research, engineering, review, writing, ops)
• Orchestration routes work and enforces one focused job so GPU and attention are not thrashed
• Institutional memory (RAG, brand kits, issue graphs) keeps agents on house truth

The useful split is simple: agents do the repeatable work, and a person still decides what is good enough to ship.

How content is governed

Outbound content uses a shared status vocabulary. Only approved pages enter the local site build. Live channels stay off until Board unlock. Agents must not invent corporate identity fields — those are Board-gated in the facts pack.
